The Infiniium DSO80000 series digital-storage oscilloscopes (DSOs) and InfiniiMax II series probing measurement systems take center stage as the industry?s first such systems with maximum real-time bandwidths up to 13 GHz and maximum sampling rates to 40 Gsamples/sec. They now include 10-, 12- and 13-GHz versions. The 13-GHz DSO81304A DSO promises a 50% performance improvement over previous products, translating into higher signal fidelity, more accurate and repeatable measurements and improved test margins. Additionally, the DSO80000 series includes a wide variety of software packages to match the DSO to specific needs, including jitter analysis, serial data analysis with 8b/10b decoding, and test packages for PCI Express, Ethernet, DVI, HDMI, Fibre Channel, FBD, and SATA. DSO prices range from $94,000 to $122,500, probe amplifiers from $6,500 to $9,000, and probe heads from $400. AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES INC., Palo Alto, CA. (800) 429-4444, item number 7938.
