LVDS (low-voltage differential signalling) applications can now take advantage of the PBD2000 2GHz differential probe—a high-bandwidth measurement device developed by Yokogawa. When used with the company's DL9240 digital scope, the probe offers a system bandwidth of 1.5GHz. The small head makes it easy to probe fine-pitch circuits. The PBD2000 also offers a high common-mode rejection ratio of -12 dB or less from 100MHz to 1GHz to ensure high-fidelity signal observation.
