With pin counts ranging from 44 through 272 pins and pitches from 0.40 to 1 mm, the IC149 sockets house JEDEC QFP standard packages. The two-piece sockets have screw-down lids to allow manual insertion and removal of ICs. Available with or without locator pins, the sockets are molded from high temperature thermoplastic. They are compatible with IR and vapor-phase processes.
