James Mazzei is a consultant and educator, managing Military Satellite Communications courses for the DoD association, AFCEA International. He is a former adjunct professor teaching satellite, data communications, and network management classes at the University of Maryland, George Mason University, and Johns Hopkins University graduate schools.
