The CMMR1 series 1A, general-purpose rectifiers reduce board space by setting up residence in flat-lead, surface-mount SOD-123F packages. Typically, these rectifiers come in much larger SMA cases, approximately 49% larger. Four devices in the series specify peak repetitive reverse voltages of 200V (CMMR1-02), 400V (CMMR1-04), 600V (CMMR1-06), and 1 kV (CMMR1-10). They are suitable for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, entertainment, computer, and automotive applications. Prices start at $0.06 each/3,000 on a 7" reel. Sample devices are available upon request. CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CORP., Hauppauge, NY. (631) 435-1110.
