The 14-bit LTC1407A and 12-bit LTC1407 dual-channel a/d converters perform simultaneous sampling at rates up to 3 Msamples/s. Both devices are available in a 10-pin MSOP package measuring half the size of an SO-8. The LTC1407A operates from a single 3V supply with a typical power dissipation of 12 mW. When not performing conversions, power consumption drops to 3.3 mW in nap mode and 6 µW in sleep mode. Other features include a SINAD of 73.5 dB and both commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
