The OPA635 family of high-speed, voltage-feedback operational amplifiers- consist of the OPA631, OPA632, OPA634 and OPA635- features single-supply, low power operation, rail-to-rail output, and small packaging for use in communications, consumer video, and battery-powered applications. The devices deliver sufficient output for ADC buffering and video line driving. All operate from a 3V to 5V single supply and are available in the ultra-small SOT-23 package.
