Available in four device configurations, the members of the CMSSH-3E series are introduced as enhanced-specification, fast-switching Schottky diodes. The series includes: the CMSSH-3E single, CMSSH-3AE dual/common anode, CMSSH-3CE dual/common cathode, and the CMSSH-3SE dual, in series. All feature an improved standard maximum rated peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and a maximum rated continuous forward current of 200 mA. They also specify a maximum forward voltage drop of 0.42V and a switching speed of 5 ns. Additionally, the devices come in SUPERmini SOT-323 surface-mount packages, said to require 38% less circuit board space than similar devices in a standard SOT-23.
