Ford selects Cross Country for emergency roadside assistance

Ford (www.ford.com) has selected Cross Country Automotive Services (www.crosscountry-auto.com) to provide emergency roadside assistance for customers, beginning with model year 2007 Ford (www.ford.com), Lincoln (www.lincoln.com) and Mercury (www.mercury.com) vehicles.

Ford has selected Cross Country Automotive Services to provide emergency roadside assistance for customers, beginning with model year 2007 Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles. Ford also selected Cross Country to provide roadside assistance service to Volvo and Mazda vehicles, and Cross Country will service Ford's Extended Service Plan, an extended warranty program.

Cross Country will provide emergency roadside assistance 24x7x365 to customers in times of need. Services include battery jump-start, flat tire change, emergency fuel delivery, lockout service and emergency towing services to the closest dealership.
