Engineering on Friday: International Women’s Day 2026
When I drew the cartoon below, I was thinking how all of these engineer, maker, and scientist women are such inspirations. When kids learn about their accomplishments, I just imagine how superhuman they may seem. I know I thought that way. They are inspirational to the young and old.
Maybe some kid, somewhere, picks up a book and reads about one of them. Maybe that kid then focuses their entire life toward being just like them. I’ve seen it happen before.
