For applications requiring a long lifespan, the Model P260 12.7-mm rotary potentiometer exhibits a life cycle up to one million rotations. The potentiometer features a conductive plastic element with up to six gangs and sealing to thwart external contaminants. Typical applications include joysticks, musical instruments, industrial controls, position sensors, and board-mount panel controls. Resistance values range from 500Ω to 1 MΩ. Other specs include a power rating of 0.5W, standard tolerance to ±10%, maximum input voltage of 350 Vac, dielectric strength of 1.5 kVac, and an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
