Card’s Common Connectors Avert Computer Commotion

The ZXE-ICB/104 connector card provides the ZXE-ST-586/104P and other single-board computers (SBCs) with common connector interfaces. The ZXE-ICB/104 card includes Ethernet, CRT video, two USB ports, and 40-pin and 44-pin integrated development environment connectors. A CompactFlash socket is also integrated. Standard 0.1-in. headers are used to make the connection between the SBC and the connector card. Since all standard components are soldered on, the unit can withstand the shock and vibration found in rugged environments. The ZXE-ICB/104 costs $195 each.
