With an eye on next-gen autos, premiering members of the MB91460 series 32-bit microcontrollers operate at clock speeds up to 80 MHz. The MB91F464AA and MB91F465KA serve body-control applications, while the MB91F467RA suits on-board entertainment and information systems. Each provides CAN interfaces and flash memory. The MB91F465KA and MB91F464AA include a CAN channel, 32 CAN message buffers, and five UART channels that comply with the LIN standard. The MB91F467RA includes two CAN channels, either 32 or 64 CAN message buffers, and seven LIN-compliant UART channels.
