Claiming to take the sweat and slog out of graphical user interface (GUI) development, the Graphics Toolkit includes ready-made solutions for repetitive tasks. The kit supports both bitmap and vector graphics with Cartesian and polar coordinate systems. Users can output text using either the standard character set of the LCD unit or graphical fonts in graphic mode for a wider range of typefaces and font sizes.
Tools are also included for the integration of peripherals including keyboards, pointer instruments, rotary position transducers, and touchscreens. The system can directly control graphics LCDs with resolutions from 16 x 32 to 128 x 240 without any special adapter, card or chip. Pricing is $595.
