Imaging App's Functionality Extended

Created for use in scientific and industrial imaging applications, the latest version of Windows 98/NT 4.0/2000-based Inspector incorporates a number of new functions and enhancements. These enhancements include interactive tools for OCR, bar and matrix code recognition, as well as watershed-based image segmentation.
Version 3.1 also includes support for image capture using the company’s Orion and Meteor-II 1394-based boards and image compression/decompression using the Meteor-II MJPEG add-on module. Additional enhancements include workspace management tools that claim to increase user productivity.
A complete version of the application is priced at $1,495 and the upgrade for registered users costs $375.
