Linux Kit Includes Everything

The SBC-MediaGX is reported as the industry's first development kit for Embedded Linux that includes a working configuration of the operating system and all necessary drivers. The included Linux OS is based on the Red Hat 6.2 distribution that has been optimized for use with the company's hardware.
The kit includes an SBC-MediaGC processor board based on the National Media-GX 233-MHz processor. The board has 64 MB of DRAM, expandable to 128 MB, and 16 MB of flash EPROM. Peripherals include a C&T graphics controller, four serial ports, parallel port, keyboard adapter, watchdog timer, 10/100 Base TX Ethernet controller, and an IDE controller. An optional 6,6" color LCD is available.
