This family of drivers, already a solution for TDMA handsets, is now applicable to CDMA and WCDMA handsets as well. The RF2376, RF2377 and RF2381 variable gain amplifiers operate from a single 2.7V-3.3V power supply and feature a 50 dB linear gain

This family of drivers, already a solution for TDMA handsets, is now applicable to CDMA and WCDMA handsets as well. The RF2376, RF2377 and RF2381 variable gain amplifiers operate from a single 2.7V-3.3V power supply and feature a 50 dB linear gain control range. The components, manufactured using a GaAs heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) process technology, are offered in industry-standard miniature six-lead plastic SOT packages. The RF2376 is suitable for use in cellular-band TDMA and CDMA systems in the 800-1,000 MHz frequency range. The RF2377 and the RF2381 amplifiers are designed for use in WCDMA and in TDMA and CDMA systems. Fully assembled evaluation boards and ICs for any of the new linear variable gain amplifiers are available. The components RF2376, RF2377 and RF2381 are priced at $1.07 each/10,000.
