Featuring integral EMI shielding and a wide range of inductance values, the 23S00 bobbin-wound, surface-mount inductors are low dc resistance devices that are compatible with a wide range of chipsets. The mini inductors are available in inductances from 2.2 µH to 220 µH and are rated for use at 1 kHz and 100 mVac. Maximum continuous dc current ratings start at 0.25A for the 220-µH devices and increase to 2.1A for the 2.2-µH types. Maximum dc resistance values range from 2.28½ to 0.019½. Miniature in size, the inductors require a maximum board space of 5.6 mm x 6.2 mm and sport a height of just 3.2 mm. Operating temperature range is -40¡C to 85¡C. Price is $0.40 each/10,000.
