Designed for use in point-of-sale (POS), kiosk and panel PCs, the EmCORE-i6315 Pentium III-based, 5.25" single-board computer (SBC) employs VIA's ProSavage chipset that combines P6/PC-133 core logic and S3 Savage4 3-D graphics. The chipset supports PC-133 SDRAM and CPU speeds of up to 1 GHz. Onboard functions include Intel's 82559 Ethernet interface, UltraDMA100 IDE, audio, flat-panel support, and four serial ports.A PC/104-Plus interface extends the boards functionality with the company's PC/104plus multiple-LAN, SCSI or ISA-based PC/104 function modules.
