Right-Angle D-Sub Connectors Offer Press-In Contacts

The firm's line of right-angle D-subminiature connectors offers models with 9, 15, 25 and 37 poles. They're also available in two mounting heights of 7.3 mm and 3.6 mm. The devices' compliant press-in contacts can be used with pc boards (minimum thickness of 1.6 mm) with plated-through holes for termination of 0.94 mm to 1.09 mm according to IEC 352-5. Two press-in grounding contacts are also included for shielding continuity in a plated-through hole. Users can terminate both signal and ground contacts on a pcb with one operation.
