Designed for applications in avionics, tactical ground vehicles, and naval systems, the SVME/DMV-181 Sentinel single-board computer supports a PowerPC 7410 processor running at 500 MHz. The board provides two independent 10/100 Ethernet ports, six serial ports, 1 GB of main memory with ECC, 2 MB of L2 cache, and two USB ports.Capable of operating over a -40¡C to 85¡C temperature range, the new SBC uses a unique thermal management system that is said to allow two PMC sites to be included while operating at 10¡C cooler than comparable boards.
