Oct. 1, 1999

For an easy upgrade to Pentium II performance for older ISA and newer PICMG-compliant passive backplane industrial PCs, SB686BX series of single-board computers come with or without an AGP video graphics controller and offer six processor speeds from 266 to 450 MHz for basic to high-end applications. Boards include 440BX AGP chipset, Ultra/DMA IDE drive controllers, keyboard and mouse controllers, an enhanced parallel port, dual standard serial ports, dual USB ports and cabling, and up to 256 MB or RAM. Models with on-board AGP video controller also provide 8 MB or video DRAM for PCI video performance without requiring another card expansion slot.
