The devic's fixed-frequency (220/300 kHz), synchronous buck topologies deliver conversion efficiencies to 96% with output noise down to 30 mVp-p. It comes with both fixed and user-programmable output voltages. Fixed outputs such as 1.8 Vout and 2.5 Vout are factory-trimmed and guarantee ±1.25% unadjusted output accuracy. Their compensation schemes have been optimized for their individual Vouts. Additionally, an ultra-wide-trim T model has a output that is user-selectable with a single external resistor. Standard SIP packages measure 2" x 0.5" x 0.36" and come in either vertical or horizontal orientations. Pricing starts at $14.95 each/10,000. DATEL INC., Mansfield, MA. (508) 339-3000.
