The LF300RW series dc/dc converters offer 3W of output power and 1.5 kvdc isolation in a miniature SMT package measuring 1.27" x 0.74" x 0.4". Operating from wide 2:1 input ranges of 9 to 18 vdc, 18 to 36 vdc, or 36 to 75 vdc, a wide selection of 21 single- and dual-output models provide output combinations of 3.3, 5, 12, 15, ±5, ±12, or ±15 vdc. Standard features include an internal pi filter and efficiency as high as 83%.
Each model operates over a temperature range from -25°C to +71°C and cooling is by free-air convection. The LF300RW family is claimed to be ideal for applications requiring small size, high performance, and economy. Application areas include board-level products, electronic instrumentation, microprocessor-based systems, telecommunications equipment, data communications equipment, and distributed power subsystems. Pricing ranges from $10.55 to $11 each/1000 with delivery times being from stock to four weeks ARO.
