Packing Pentium M processors that operate at 1.6 GHz, the PENTXM series single-slot, PC-compatible, VMEbus, SBCs are intended for applications in military, aerospace, telemetry and radar data processing. The Pentium processor has a 400 MHz front-side bus (FSB) backed by 64 KB of primary cache memory and 1 MB of secondary cache. The board provides graphics resolutions up to 2,048 x 1,536 at 75 Hz with up to 16 million colors. It has dual 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports, one of which is available as a build option on the rear and the other either on the front or rear via software configuration. For memory, it has 1 GB of 266 MHz DDR ECC SDRAM soldered on board and accessible from the processor. It also has 64 MB application Flash memory and 512 KB BIOS Flash. PENTXM series SBCs support Linux, VxWorks, Windows XP and Embedded XP. A convection-cooled version (0°C to 55°C) and a conduction-cooled version (-40°C to 85°C) are available. Price is $4,188 each.
