Sporting a lightweight, low-profile form factor, the latest Slim SATA S3 and S6 series flash drives offer two performance grades and dedicated mounting options. The 4-mm thick modules use SLC flash memory. The Slim SATA S3 delivers read rates up to 120 MB/s and writes to 110 MB/s while the S6 Series reads and writes at 230 MB/s and 180 MB/s, respectively.
