NC SSRs Control Mid-Sized Loads

July 1, 2001
Designed for controlling medium-sized loads of up to 40A, the S2840B series of normally-closed (NC) solid-state relays (SSRs) features back-to-back SCR outputs capable of switching 40A at 250 Vac and withstanding transient voltage up to 600V peak.

Designed for controlling medium-sized loads of up to 40A, the S2840B series of normally-closed (NC) solid-state relays (SSRs) features back-to-back SCR outputs capable of switching 40A at 250 Vac and withstanding transient voltage up to 600V peak. Input control elements are optically isolated up to 2.5 kV.The components are available in 25A and 40A models with input control voltages of 5, 12 or 24 Vdc. In a form B, the output remains closed with an open circuit or a low signal. Price: $19.50 to $22.75 each/500.
