Targeting VCO, GaAs amplifier matching and notch filter applications, PTL2012 series of single-layer photo-etched chip inductors have a temperature stability of 150 ppm/°C. The process is said to result in higher average Q values with tight tolerances, and the SRF is controlled tightly enough to allow use as a notch filter. The PTL2012 comes in an 0805 chip size and has inductance values from 1 to 39 nH.
