Multi-Turn Magnetic Sensor Fits Automotive, Industrial Apps

The ADMT4000 from Analog Devices is claimed as the first single-chip true-power-on multi-turn position sensor and operates without power or contact. The sensor has a measurement range of 46 turns (from 0 to 16,560 degrees) with an accuracy of ±0.25 degrees. The sensor helps simplify mechatronic control system design in industrial automation and automotive applications.
