Lika Electronics announced the successful strategic acquisition of BOGEN Electronic.
As of October 1 2020, Lika Electronic is the owner of the German company. Both Lika and BOGEN offer advanced process solutions for complex magnetic position, rotation, and speed measurements precision control applications.

Both companies employ approximately 140 people and have a turnover of EUR 17 million. The Berlin site will continue to operate under the name of “BOGEN Magnetics”.
