SoC Processor With USB Interfaces Runs Under Linux

Offered as part of a new embedded system platform intended for running a native Linux environment, the ETRAX 100LX system-on-a-chip processor provides 10/100 Ethernet, USB, ATA, serial, parallel and SCSI interfaces. This 32-bit, 100-MHz RISC processor also features a memory management unit (MMU) for running standard Linux kernels. Targeted applications include Bluetooth, networks, vending machines, and barcode scanners.
