Software Delivers ActiveX Control

The latest version of this object-oriented HMI/SCADA software is now an ActiveX container for increased flexibility and connectivity with other applications and hardware devices. This version of Lookout 4.5 also features an enhanced Citadel database that can store large amounts of data with minimal disk space and manage real-time and historical data. Users can merge data from multiple Citadel databases into one database and also perform calculations for statistical process control. Users can also publish reports to any location across the Internet, enabling colleagues to access real-time information by refreshing their Web browser. With networking capabilities, users can connect to multiple servers and clients within the organization and at remote locations to monitor and control the manufacturing processes.
