For applications requiring supplementary or reinforced insulation, the THI-2M and TES-2M series high isolation dc/dc converters deliver 2W of output power. Available in 16-pin DIPs, the THI-2M series hosts models with input voltages of 5, 12, or 24 Vdc (±10%) and regulated output voltages of 5, 12, 15, ±12, and ±15VDC. All models in the series provide 4 kVac rms of I/O isolation and specify an operating temperature range spanning -25°C to +71°C. In IPC J-STD-020C surface-mount packages measuring 0.94" x 0.54" x 0.34", the TES-2M series is otherwise identical to the THI-2M components. Pricing starts at $12.50 each/1,000.
