The PXF40-W series single- and dual-output, 40W dc/dc converters operate from a 4:1 input range, making them suitable for applications where the input voltage can vary widely. The fully-isolated converters feature six-sided shielded metal cases that reduce radiated noise to meet EN55022 Level A specs. Depending on the model, input ranges of either 9 to 36 Vdc or 18 to 75 Vdc are available and all models measure 2” x 2” x 0.4”. Efficiencies range up to 88% and MTBF is in excess of 1.3-million hours. Other features of the RoHS-compliant components include remote on/off, output trim, plus over-current and over-voltage protection. Prices start at $53 each in OEM quantities.
