    Packing 6W of output power, the THB-6 Series DC/DC converter modules in 24-pin DIPs provide 4 kVac of isolation via supplementary, reinforced insulation. They feature input-voltage ranges of 9 to 18 Vdc, 18 to 36 Vdc, and 36 to 75 Vdc and the series offers 18 standard models with regulated 5, 12, ±12, and ±15 Vdc outputs.
