Available in 15 wide input (2:1) voltage ranges, the 6000HDI dc-to-dc converter family features efficiencies up to 90% and outputs of 3.3, 5, 12, 15 or 24 vdc. Standard features include I/O isolation of 1500 vdc, ±0.2% line/load regulation, and remote control input. Operating frequency is approximately 425 kHz. All models come in an ultra-miniature case with an aluminum baseplate attached. Power density is up to 40W/in.3. Applications include telecomm, distributed power networks, data processing, and machine controls.
