Designed for space-critical designs while addressing the needs of DPA-L4 and migrations toward lower voltages and higher currents, the PMC4000 point-of-load (POL) dc/dc regulators measure 33 mm x 13.5 mm x 8.3 mm. Operating from 3.3V or 5.5V, the modules provide a programmable output voltage from 0.75V to 3.63V. The PMC 4318 WS delivers an output current up to 10A while the PMC 4518T WS produces up to 16A. Both modules exhibit a typical efficiency of 96% and operate in an ambient temperature range of -30°C to +90°C. Additionally, they meet IEC/EN/UL 60 950 safety standards.
