The latest members of the DCS family of programmable dc power sources include 1 and 1.2 kW supplies measuring 1U high. Like other members of the family, the supplies come with free LabView drivers, available at the company's website. The 1.2 kW switch-mode power supply operates from 100 to 132 Vac or 200 to 250 Vac single phase and packs a power density of 2.4 W/in³. Voltage and current outputs are set either from the front panel or via serial programming up to 600V and 140A, respectively. Both models are CE marked, conform to radiated EMI in accordance with FCC part 15 Class A, and are tested to UL1012 and Canadian UL standards. Options include digital and isolated analog interfaces - the digital interface is both IEEE 488.2 and SCPI compliant. Prices for 1 and 1.2 kW supplies are $1,360 and $1,470 each, respectively.
