Developed as a new 1553 pulse transformer line, the MMT-3000 series is said to be the first surface-mounted style in a 5V turns ratio. The series has an operating temperature of -55°C to +130°C complying with MIL-PRF-21038 requirements. And the company says the device’s footprint is 70% smaller than any MIL-PRF-21038/27 QPL listed surface mount pulse transformer. The low-profile design of the MMT-3000 measures 0.260" maximum height. Fully compatible with all 1553 drivers, receivers and transceivers, the MMT Series also comes in 12V and 15V turns-ratios. BETA TRANSFORMER TECHNOLOGY CORP., Bohemia, NY. (631) 244-7393.
