Expanding the company's power supervisor product line, the CAT705, CAT706, and CAT813 voltage supervisors are pin-for-pin compatible with MAX705, MAX706, and MAX813L devices. The CAT706 specifies a threshold voltage of 4.4V while the CAT705 and CAT813 set at 4.65V. In addition to a manual reset and watchdog timer on all three devices, the CAT813 offers an active-high reset function and the CAT705 and CAT706 offer an active-low reset function. All are available in eight-lead SOIC and eight-lead MSOPs. Price for the CAT705, CAT706, or CAT813 is $0.54 each/10,000.
