Driver Amps Target PCS TDMA Apps

June 1, 2000

Designed for PCS time-division, multiple-access (TDMA) applications, the UPG2110TB and UPG174TA are GaAs ICs that feature low-voltage, low-current operation. The devices also have low adjacent power leakage to help ensure minimal distortion. In addition, the UPG2110TB has external input and output matching, plus an on-chip variable gain control function. Pricing of the UPG2110TB is $1.50 each/1M and the UPG174TA is $1.39 each/1M.
