Horsham, PA

Horsham, PA- The establishment of the Digital Software Integration Center for developing new cable services and applications is the result of a partnership between General Instrument (GI) and Spyglass. Under the $20-million (minimum), three-year agreement, Spyglass will partner with GI to develop and integrate new Internet cable services and technologies. The center will be jointly owned by the two companies and will be an expansion of GI's existing Horizon's Developers Program. The new digital software integration center will function as a centralized location for third-party technology companies, as well as for GI's partners and customers, to come together to build services and applications for the firm's digital cable platform.
