A series of 25- and 30-V N-channel trench HEXFET power MOSFETs deliver enhanced switching performance for synchronous buck-converter and battery-protection applications in the consumer and networking sectors. The devices’ low conduction losses improve full-load efficiency and thermal performance, while low switching losses help to achieve high efficiency even at light loads. The series includes single and dual N-channel MOSFETs. Single devices come in PQFN 5- by 6-mm and 3- by 3-mm packages optimized for high-volume production in addition to D-PAK, I-PAK, and SO-8 packages. Dual devices come in an SO-8 package. The MOSFETs are RoHS-compliant and can be ordered as halogen-free. INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER, El Segundo, CA. (408) 398-9700.
