Touted as the industry's lightest, fully functional handheld spectrum analyzer, the MS2711A weighs only four pounds, spans a 100 kHz to 3 GHz frequency range, and is suitable for testing cellular, datacomm, paging, PCS, satellite, SMR, wireless Internet, and WLAN/WPBX products. The analyzer's measurement specifications include a dynamic range of 65 dB, an amplitude accuracy of ±1.5 dB, and a full-span noise floor of less than or equal to -97 dBm. Other features include a resolution bandwidth down to 10 kHz, a menu driven interface, memory capable of storing up to 10 setups, and a high-resolution LCD. Price is $7,000 with deliver times from four to six weeks.
