The AT91SC192192CT-USB is a Flash-based, ARM-SC100-powered, secure microcontroller. Overall, the AT91SC series is a family of low-power, 32bit, RISC, secure microcontrollers with ROM or Flash program memory, advanced EEPROM data memory, and powerful cryptographic accelerators.
