LCD Module Combines Necessary Components In A Single Package

The C545002 LCD module completely integrates all necessary LCD components into one package. It includes 8 kbytes of data RAM, an oscillator, temperature compensation circuitry, EL inverter circuitry, a dc-dc converter, the LCD, and drivers. A single 3.3-V power supply and input information are all it requires. The module's operating temperature ranges from −20° to +70°C. The device is priced at $52.60 in 1000-unit quantities.
