Dusseldorf, Germany: Two smallsignal, high-efficiency, p-channel MOSFETs represent the latest innovations from Toshiba Electronics Europe. The devices combine high-current-switching functionality with low on-resistance, low voltage operation, and very compact form factors.

The MOSFETs address requirements of mobile phones, portable navigation systems, and other handheld devices. That’s because the ever-increasing functionality of these products continually pushes power consumption to the limit.
