They are available in 16Mx8, 8Mx16, and 4Mx32 configurations with an operating voltage of 3.3V and 64-ms refresh periods. The x8 (IS42S81600A) and x16 (IS42S16800A) are available in a 54-pin, 400-mil TSOP-II JEDEC package and the x32 IS42S32400A is comese in an 86-pin TSOP-II package. Price is $4.95 each/10,000.
