    PC100-Compliant SDRAMs Also Adhere To CAS Spec

    Fully compliant with Intel's PC100 specification as noted on the Intel PC100 SDRAM Component Validation Summary, these new 64-Mb synchronous dynamic random access memories (SDRAMs) also completely adhere to Intel's spec for Column Address Strobe (CAS)

    Fully compliant with Intel's PC100 specification as noted on the Intel PC100 SDRAM Component Validation Summary, these new 64-Mb synchronous dynamic random access memories (SDRAMs) also completely adhere to Intel's spec for Column Address Strobe (CAS) Latency 2, a critical parameter for high-end workstation and server applications. The validated devices include an 8Mb x 8 (TC59S6408BFT) and 4Mb x 16 (TC59S6416BFT) and 2Mb x 8 (TC59S1608AFT).
