Fully compliant with Intel's PC100 specification as noted on the Intel PC100 SDRAM Component Validation Summary, these new 64-Mb synchronous dynamic random access memories (SDRAMs) also completely adhere to Intel's spec for Column Address Strobe (CAS) Latency 2, a critical parameter for high-end workstation and server applications. The validated devices include an 8Mb x 8 (TC59S6408BFT) and 4Mb x 16 (TC59S6416BFT) and 2Mb x 8 (TC59S1608AFT).
