Targeting mobile devices, the company's latest compact flash host controller promises designers simple access to flash memory technology. The controller supports the CF+ specification including memory, data storage, I/O, and true IDE mode. It is configurable to work with compact flash memory cards, micro hard-disk drives, and a range of I/O peripherals. The processor interface in the programmable fabric allows seamless connection to a variety of application processors, enabling users to quickly integrate compact flash into their designs.
